WHEN DOES THE PROCESS START?

The process should begin with you advising us of destinations under consideration so we can tell you about your reclaim opportunities. If we determined that a destination qualifies, we will ask you some details and go from there. It is never too early to contact us, especially when it is essential to arrange proper invoicing in advance.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Most companies are eligible, however, there are some limitations for insurance and financial services companies. Also, non-profits are limited as to where and under what circumstance they may reclaim VAT.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND?

Approval times differ greatly by country. Some can process in four to six months and others up to as long as 18 months. Most countries range between six and ten months. We do stay on top of claims and ask for updates when the claim goes past the typical review time for that country.
